Lamellar band offers greater resistance to crushing roller pressure on the basin than conventional liners. This is due to the innovative anchoring system and the larger base area.

INNOVATIVE ANCHORING SYSTEM AT THE BASE

Individual springs are sheared and subjected to a bending stage.

Thanks to this operation, lamellar bands with heights ranging from a minimum of 8 mm to a maximum of 18 mm are obtained and can be mounted on any type
of mangle with rollers of any diameter from 250 mm to 1500 mm.

The innovative anchoring system does not allow the individual springs to slide on the band under high friction at high working speeds but ensures a fixed point on which the springs operate their leverage force, keeping the height of the flap band constant over time.

HIGH NUMBER OF HOLES ON THE ANCHORAGE BAND

Compared to traditional bands, the stainless steel anchor band has a higher number of holes, allowing for better suction that can absorb the moisture that settles on the reel, making the ironing surface perfectly dry, enabling the ironer to achieve higher production and better ironing quality.
